Return policy

Wholekart.com thrive in providing our customers the best services and latest fashion apparel collection that is high in quality and reasonable prices. However, in cases wherein you are unhappy with the material with issues in fitting, color, design or size we also provide return/ exchange provisions. In cases of displeasure with the product, we allow our customers to exchange or return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery.

We have built-in processes that render easy return and exchange of product. All you need to do is use our easy online return process. For this, the customer needs to login into your wholekart.com account. In addition, in case of any grievances or queries related to the same, you can contact our customer care service, who are available 6 days a week. Return Products Process

Customers can return or exchange their products through the online mode. You can return/ exchange any item purchased in the time span of 30 days(if whole set is returned) from the date of delivery at wholekart.com. For doing so, kindly follow the below mentioned steps:

• Visit wholekart.com
• Log in into “My Account” section using your email ID and password
• Select the product/ item which needs to be exchanged/ returned
• Follow the given steps and mention the complete information asked on the website for completing the process

Points to Remember

• The request for return or exchange of any product or item must be done within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product.
• Customers must fill in the details in the return form in order to ease the process of refund
• All the products returned or requested for exchange must be in good condition. They must be unwashed, unused for hygiene purposes and must be returned with original packaging with all the tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted for refund, return or exchange.
• Shipping Charges levied on the product won't be inclusive in the refund amount.
• In case the customer receives a product that is damaged/defective, it must be informed/notified to the company within 24 hours of receipt. The company might also request you to share a snap of the product and mail the same at info@wholekart.com.
• Customers who wish to self-ship the products must dispatch them within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
• Products received by us that do not meet the mentioned criteria won't be accepted and will be returned to the customer without a refund.
• Ensure all the return items are packed securely for preventing loss or damage during transit. In case of self-shipped products, please dispatch using a reliable source.
• In the case where the reverse pickup is not liable, customers can self-ship them to wholekart.com, for which a reimbursement amount of Rs 100 will be raised towards shipping costs as coupon code after meeting the quality check guidelines.
